Annual Meeting of Members (AMM)
6:30 PM, Wednesday July 17, 2024
at the theatre

Owing to recent changes made by the Province of Ontario we are obliged to update our bylaws and your Board of Directors has been working hard to make that happen. The revised bylaws document can be found here: BYLAWS-LCT-2024.pdf. These must be approved by the membership at the upcoming meeting.

If you have not already paid your membership for the 2024/2025 season, you may do so online (see our Membership page) or at the AMM. The fee remains $10 for a single membership or $15 for a family membership. You must be a paid-up member of the theatre to vote at the meeting.

Cake and Coffee or Juice will be served at the AMM. Awards will also be presented, making it a great opportunity for members to socialize and celebrate our community’s achievements in the 2023/2024 season.

Acting Workshop
for Ages 16+, June 22 & 23, 2024

Have you ever wanted to act, but didn’t know where to start? Have you acted before, but are maybe a little rusty? Do you act all the time and just want an excuse to work on your craft? Well, you’re in luck!

Lennox Community Theatre is offering a Monologue Workshop with one of our veteran actors and current board member, Alex McLarry. Choose from one of the many monologues that we will provide OR  bring your own! Over the 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) we will be looking at text, subtext, body language, tension, meaning, punctuation, and overall presentation, designed to form you and your monologue into the very best it can be.

Classes will take place on Lennox Community Theatre’s stage at 2219 Lennox and Addington County Rd 11, Selby.
